Google releases navigation Android application for Romania

Google launched on Monday in Romania a navigation service that runs on Android 1.6 or newer.

Benefits of the application refers to the orientation in the real world with 3D maps and compass.

The maps are available also offline, just in case the Internet connection is lost for a certain period of time.

Another advantage of this application is that you don’t need to know the exact address, just have to enter the name of the location where you want to go and Google takes care of the rest. The application shows off also the time that user needs to travel to reach the destination, the screen making available plenty of information about the spcified route.
